- Lot Confirmation
We evaluate your lot to confirm the selected home plan is appropriate for the site’s dimensions, orientation, zoning, setbacks, and other development considerations before moving forward.
- Personalization and Design Development
We’ll guide you through architectural options, finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, flooring, and layout modifications, while helping you prioritize the selections that matter most to you.
- Project Development and Final Proposal
Once selections are finalized, we prepare the complete construction scope and detailed proposal so you can review every aspect of your project with confidence before entering the construction agreement.
- Permitting & Scheduling
We coordinate permitting, confirm material selections and lead times, schedule subcontractors, and establish the construction timeline to ensure the project begins on a solid foundation.
- Building Your Home
