That experience shaped the philosophy behind M&M Homes. M&M Homes is an owner-led design-build firm specializing in historic restoration, major renovations, and new construction of custom and semi-custom homes in Northeast Florida. Founded by Mallik and Marianna, the company intentionally takes on a select number of projects each year, allowing the founders to remain personally involved from initial consultation through completion and ensuring every project reflects the high level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that defines M&M Homes.

Working with M&M Homes was such a pleasure for my family and I. The home buying experience can be daunting, but with Marianna and Malik we appreciated their hands-on approach. Malik and the whole M&M team have been awesome. We bought a house from them 1.5 years ago. It’s modern, spacious, and beautiful (advanced upgrades on the inside) while still keeping that historic charm on the outside. During the warranty period they were super responsive and professional to any fixes we needed which I’ve heard can be a hassle with other companies. Mallik and Marianna were great partners in a gut renovation of a 100-year old Jacksonville landmark building. They respected my design direction of updating a building from the 20s but respecting the original aesthetic. I’m delighted by the results. The kitchen in particular feels perfectly functional but is almost a different, highly functional world compared to the rich feeling of the rest of the condo. We restored most of the original floorplan and opened up the back hallway with bookcases to bring in the light. The windowseat is framed with rich wood paneling. This was a work of passion for restoration and of respecting the integrity of historical design. It took a long time, but was worth it in the end. I can recommend “M&M” without reservation. As a team, they bring diverse and extensive renovation and design skills in one package.
